Your focus will be to bring people together and create real change across New Mexico. This is a great role for someone who's energized by teamwork, enjoys being out in the community, and wants to do work that truly matters. What You'll Be Doing Talking to People & Building Connections Meet people where they are-in neighborhoods, local events, and everyday spaces Share info about our campaign and help people get involved in meaningful ways Help plan fun and engaging activities like block walks (canvassing), phone calls, and community gatherings Leading Volunteers Welcome new volunteers and show them the ropes Support people who want to make a difference in their own neighborhoods Keep everyone in the loop and make sure they feel valued and prepared Keeping Things Organized Keep track of who you've talked to and what you've learned Help us understand what's working and what could be better Share updates with your team lead regularly Working with Local Groups Partner with schools, clubs, faith groups, or local businesses Help spread the word by showing up where the people are Attend public events and be a friendly face of our team What We're Looking For You're outgoing, friendly, and love meeting new peopleYou're dependable, proactive, and like making a plan and getting it done You're comfortable working on your own but also enjoy being part of a team You're ready to work flexible hours-including some evenings and weekends Experience in community work or organizing is great, but not required Job Details Salary: $3,000/month Health Insurance Stipend Included Full-Time (Some evening and weekend work required) You'll be based in a community in New Mexico (we'll match you to a region based on where you live or are relocating) Start Date: June 2025, asap Quick & Supportive Onboarding We make it easy to get started: One quick chat with our hiring team to make sure this is a good fit for both of us.
