Mental Health Therapist in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll have the

personalized treatment plans for clients. Provide individual,

to enhance client care and outcomes. Utilize therapeutic techniques
to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. Stay
current with best practices and advancements in mental health
treatment. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Engage in community outreach to promote
mental health awareness and services. Requirements: Masters degree
in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state
licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) to practice as a mental health
professional. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and
client-centered approach. Proficient in documentation and
electronic health record systems. Ability to work independently and
as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to ongoing education
and professional growth. Knowledge of diverse therapeutic
