Job Description:

PURPOSE: This position is responsible with providing caf? customers with a quality product and experience. A Barista is a trained caf? specialist with the ability to perform a variety of functions within the caf?. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Create specialty coffee beverages Work cash register and balance cash drawer at end of shift Maintain a clean work space Ensure work areas and customer areas are stocked with supplies Performs small food prep Successfully complete and maintain required trainings Apply caf? preparation, service and clean up per prescribed processes and procedures Provide excellent customer service SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months or more food service experience preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Work well in a team environment Flexible scheduling ESSENTIAL TASKS: Create espresso and tea beverages Provide food preparation Clean and stock working spaces Customer service COMMENTS The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job and the level of work performed by employees in this position.
