Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring travel experience and NM or compact licensure. Responsibilities - Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting - Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM - Call is required as part of the assignment - Assignment includes 1-2 weekend shifts per month - EPIC charting experience is preferred - Scrubs are provided by the facility - Provide nursing care for surgical patients in the Operating Room - No travel pairs or groups accepted for this assignment - A maximum of 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved - No time off is permitted during the first week of orientation Requirements - Active NM or compact RN license required at the time of consideration - Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required - Minimum of 2 years of operating room RN experience required - Previous travel experience in an OR setting required - EPIC experience preferred but not required - Applicants must live more than 50 miles from the facility - Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-651320.
