The New Mexico Heart Institute , part of Lovelace Medical Group, invites applications for a board-certified g eneral c ardiologist to join our expert team in Albuquerque, NM . This opportunity is ideal for general cardiologists looking to thrive in a hospital-based cardiology practice offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative environment

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
• Single-Specialty Group: New Mexico Heart Institute/Lovelace Medical Group
• Multi-physician practice where rounding responsibilities will alternate among the partners
• Team consists of 36 Physicians, 17 NPs, 6 PAs and support staff
• On-Site Echo, Nuclear, and CT
• Schedule: Mon-Fri
• Daily Patient Load: 24
• Q8 Weekend Call
• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BC/BE General Cardiology
• Fellowship-Trained in Cardiology
• 3-5 yrs experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
