2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Details: - Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM -
Weekly Hours: 36 Position Summary: The Registered Nurse is a
clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care
on the assigned medical/surgical unit. Ensures quality, safe, and
efficient care consistent with unit standards. Demonstrates
professionalism, teamwork, and respect for staff, physicians,
patients, and families. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient
care for Med/Surg patients - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care interventions - Administer medications, treatments,
and interventions as prescribed - Document patient care accurately
and timely - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements: - Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state
license - BLS Certification from the American Heart Association -
Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience - Strong communication skills
and knowledge of patient care best practices Education: - Graduate
of an accredited Registered Nursing program • Medical & Health
