Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a geriatric population, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and make a meaningful impact on patient mobility and independence.
