Seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER
RN) for a 13-week assignment in a fast-paced, high-volume Emergency
Department. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide
direct, patient-centered care to an assigned group of patients
during each shift while ensuring safe, timely, and effective
treatment. Responsibilities include assessing, planning,
implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care;
administering medications and treatments per physician orders and
established protocols; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams;
educating patients and families; and supervising LPNs and
non-licensed assistive personnel. The RN must be comfortable
working in a large ED environment and capable of handling
high-acuity cases. Mandatory Testing Requirement: Selected
candidates must successfully pass an onsite Basic Cardiac
Arrhythmia (BCA) test prior to starting. One retest opportunity
will be provided if unsuccessful. A second failure will result in
contract cancellation and applicable fees. Floating Requirement:
Floating between departments and/or local facilities within a
20-mile radius is required. Experience Requirements: Minimum 2
years of current experience in a large Emergency Department Must
have successfully completed at least one prior 13-week travel
assignment Emergency Nursing experience required Epic experience
