Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Step into a rewarding role as a
Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, where every shift
matters and your clinical expertise helps residents thrive.
Starting 02/01/2026, you’ll deliver patient-centered care in a
supportive, fast-moving long-term care environment, building
trusting relationships with residents and their families. This
assignment offers a chance to deepen your skills in wound care,
medication administration, charting, and care coordination while
mentoring newer team members. And as you immerse yourself in Rio
Rancho and the broader New Mexico landscape, you’ll discover the
beauty of the Southwest—the sun-drenched mesas, the Sandia
foothills, Santa Fe’s adobe charm, and the otherworldly allure of
White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns—an inspiring backdrop for
meaningful work. Rio Rancho blends small-town warmth with access to
Albuquerque’s cultural amenities, outdoor recreation, and a
thriving healthcare network. Enjoy a community that values
wellness, safety, and vibrant local events. For those who crave new
experiences, you’ll also have the option to work across various
U.S. locations, expanding your professional horizons. Travel
assignments offer exposure to diverse long-term care settings, from
bustling urban facilities to quiet rural communities, each offering
unique patient populations and practice challenges that sharpen
your clinical judgment and adaptability. Your responsibilities
include delivering comprehensive LPN care: monitoring residents’
conditions, administering medications and therapies as prescribed,
performing wound care and daily treatments, assisting with
activities of daily living, collecting specimens, documenting
changes in condition, and communicating with RNs and physicians to
coordinate care plans. You’ll engage in resident and family
education, support falls prevention, and contribute to quality
improvement initiatives. The role offers professional growth
through on-site mentorship, cross-training opportunities, and
potential pathways toward leadership roles within long-term care.
We provide competitive compensation, including a weekly pay range
of $991-$1,007, along with bonuses for exceptional performance and
tenure. We understand housing is a consideration for traveling
clinicians, so housing assistance is available to help you secure
comfortable, convenient accommodations near your assignment. In
addition, you’ll have the opportunity to extend assignments if you
wish to continue your impact. Our program includes comprehensive
support, with dedicated 24/7 assistance while you’re traveling with
the company, ensuring you’re never alone on the road or at the
facility. At the core, our company is committed to empowering staff
through transparent communication, ongoing education, and a culture
of respect and collaboration. We value patient-centric care
delivered with compassion, integrity, and teamwork, and we’re
invested in your career advancement—whether that means expanding
your scope, gaining leadership experience, or building a specialty
track in long-term care. We strive to create a supportive work
environment where every nurse can thrive, feel valued, and make a
lasting difference in residents’ lives. Ready to bring your LPN
expertise to a setting where you can grow, travel, and touch lives
every day? Apply now to join a company that prioritizes your
development, rewards your dedication, and stands with you every
step of the way. This is your chance to contribute to
