New Grad RN at Haven Behavioral summary:
As a New Grad RN at Haven Behavioral Health of Albuquerque, you will provide high-quality care for individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. The role involves conducting patient assessments, implementing nursing interventions, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure patient safety and quality care. You will also supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and may assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.

  Position Summary
  
  • Conducts patient assessments and provides nursing interventions to patients as assigned.
  • Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
  • Communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
  • Provides supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians. Assumes role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
    Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
