Weekly Paycheck Company-Provided Vehicle & Fuel Card Free Uniforms 401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do Communicate clearly with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams Maintain a clean and organized company truck—inside and out Keep truck inventory up to date and accurate Complete all required paperwork and documentation properly and on time Participate in the on-call rotation Maintain a clean, professional appearance Participate in ongoing training and certification development (we can help you obtain necessary credentials) Follow all safety regulations and best practices Perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For 1 year of residential HVAC service or installation experience High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Valid Driver’s License Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and phases Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain issues and solutions to customers Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust Ability to perform thorough system inspections and communicate findings Commitment to safety protocols and field best practices Strong problem-solving skills using technical knowledge and customer-focused communication ServiceTitan experience (preferred) Ability to lift ~50 lbs and work in exterior customer environments Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying environmental conditions Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
