As an Assistant Property Manager, you will help residents, support leasing activity, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth property operations Monday through Friday. ?Job Description You will support community management by assisting with leasing, resident relations, administrative work, and daily property functions. Key Responsibilities Support daily property operations and resident services Assist with leasing, renewals, and application processing Maintain accurate records, reports, and files Handle rent collection and delinquency follow?up Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects Required Skills & Qualifications Previous property management Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment Knowledge of property management software is a plus Professional, reliable, and organized Job Details Location: San Jose, CA 95116 pay: $26–$28/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Type: Contract-to-Hire Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses BGSF is a staffing agency.
