Calling all Office Professionals The Trust Operations Assistant
provides essential operational support for Trust and IRA accounts,
ensuring accurate processing and recordkeeping. Responsibilities
include printing and distributing client statements, tracking and
reconciling broker statements, entering transactions from Edward
Jones broker statements, balancing cash positions, and assisting
with asset location reconciliations. This role also involves
handling mail distribution, preparing Advent download files, and
responding to administrative requests. Strong organizational,
communication, and follow-up skills are essential, along with
proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred candidates will have
knowledge of securities, the ability to work under pressure, and
the capability to make independent decisions. $21/hr to start -
apply today! • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
including Word and Excel. • Strong organizational and follow-up
skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Prior experience in
administrative roles, preferably within trust operations. •
Familiarity with securities and financial transactions is highly
desirable. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
under pressure. • Excellent communication skills to interact with
clients and team members. • Knowledge of administrative policies
and procedures. • High attention to detail and commitment to
maintaining accuracy in all work.
