Position Overview: The Tax Partner plays a key leadership role in overseeing high-level tax engagements, guiding strategic tax planning, mentoring a team of tax professionals, and strengthening client relationships, all while contributing to the firm’s long-term vision and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of tax engagements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. - Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning across diverse industries. - Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted tax advisor. - Stay current on tax laws and regulatory developments to keep services competitive and compliant. - Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to support business development and strategic expansion initiatives.
