Job Description:
Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho, NM
The Sales Admin is responsible for processing, reviewing car deal
details before the file is sent to accounting. The ideal candidate
will be energetic and professional, with a strong desire to
succeed. You must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and
have excellent communication skills, this is a TEAM
environment!
Job Responsibilities:
General accounting tasks and related skills
Responsible for answering all incoming calls, taking messages, and
customer care
Process vehicle paperwork on all new and used vehicles sold both in
state and out of state
Responsible for stocking in inventory an print vehicle specific
labels.
Maintain strict compliance with all car deal processes
Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales deals
Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to car deals
Occasional receptionist duties
Manage the sales queue and key control
Requirements:
VEHICLE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED - minimum 1 year
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds Power strongly preferred
Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Self-starter and ability to multi-task
Effective Communication Skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Monday -Saturday with dayoff in the week
Expect to work retail hours and days.
