You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. Responsibilities:

--- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management
--- Comply with all safety guidelines by wearing protective equipment and following the instructions for each pest control product
--- Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services
--- Determine and explain the most efficient way to eliminate an infestation, whether the method is pesticide use, blockages, mechanical traps, or other methods
--- Investigate each location for the warning signs of any unwanted pests, such as rodents, vermin, bed bugs, or termites
--- Schedule appointments with customers by working with our in-office employees


Qualifications:

--- High school graduate or equivalent
--- Comfortable with an outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions
--- Current U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
--- Excellent communication and customer service skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
--- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
