    Job Requirements:
    
    • Current driver license and clean driving record
    • 2+ Years of HVAC Lead Install experience preferred with solid knowledge of refrigeration cycle and troubleshooting
    • EPA certification preferred
    • One of the following Journeyman Licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing
    • Ability to maintain professional appearance
    • Ability to lift 70 lbs
    • Oversee and train HVAC Apprentice
    • Skilled at brazing, welding, soldering, and basic electrical work
    • Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
