Overview:
Encantado Technical Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. Our Vision is to deliver secure next generation technical information solutions for the nation's nuclear deterrence lifecycle. Our Mission is to provide connected, innovative, digital solutions for the success of Component science, Engineering, and Production. For all work areas requested, individuals are required to have and maintain a DOE L & Q clearance. All resources shall perform work requests for tasks assigned by the service manager, team manager/lead or team coordinator, within the work areas requested. All assignments are to be performed within the bounds of customer agreements and service hours. All work assignments shall be accounted for by appropriate project/task time charging reporting structures. Continuous adherence to cyber policies for technical work is required for all services. Continuous adherence to Security and Safety directives is required. General and specific tasks noted in the tasks sections, as assigned by the Team Manager/Lead or Service Manager, are required.

Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business or related field and four (4) years of IT experience.In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience is applicable.U.S. Citizenship is required by Contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with requirements definition, including working with customers and technical teamsCritical thinking and troubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and to ensure proper organization of documentationGeneral knowledge of software testing techniquesKnowledge of data analysis with Microsoft ExcelExperience in customer service and good with communication skills with customersExperienced with requirement-gathering and test coverageExperience with administrative tasks related to areas such as customer contracts or Software Development Lifecycle processesRemote and on-site, as neededDesired Skills:Experience working within government infrastructureAbout Us:Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated Small Business Administration-approved mentor-prot--g-- joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC.
