F&I Product Analyst (SWDS)

Founded in 1987, SouthWest Dealer Services (SWDS) is a full-service finance and insurance (F&I) company, training and consulting specialist dedicated to the shifting needs of U.S. based auto dealers. With a network of more than 1,100 active dealerships, their focus on product innovation, superior customer service, compliance expertise, and result-driven training, has redefined how their dealer clients measure success and grow their bottom line.

SWDS, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Product Analyst at their location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Analyst would support the aggregation and organization of the complete suite of SWDS products, offerings, and programs. A repository of products would include the product name, description, pricing, State approvals, and any relevant comments. Managing all forms and marketing materials to ensure appropriate efficiencies, coordination, communication, and distribution. In addition, maintaining a database of competitor products with as much information as possible gained from public sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Aggregating and organizing into a reportable platform for all SWDS products
Working to ensure products being used are the most recently approved by Lenders and respective States
Compile a data base of competitor products aligned to the relevant SWDS products for comparison purposes
Performs market research to assist with the evaluation and viability of product innovation for both auto security and paper programs
Support Marketing to standardize product offerings across SWDS where feasible
Maintain close working relationship with SWDS and all associated AO partner's compliance professionals to (a) ensure products used are most current, and (b) stay abreast of significant pending regulatory or lender changes
Responsible for CRM specifically Salesforce and other software and technology platforms to ensure data accuracy
Work with Dealer Support Team to ensure all associated documentation of dealer agreements, setup paperwork and addendums are recorded
Acts as a resource for sales team having questions on what products to use in sales situation
Ensure sales team is using products most recently approved by Lenders and Regulators where applicable

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry; specifically, F&I business and various automotive security programs - highly preferred
Experience collecting competitor analysis from public sources
Experience in complex selling or supporting complex sales process
CRM, Salesforce experience
Superior skills using Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Qualifications:
Product market analysis for products and programs
Demonstrated skills in use and development of data bases
Ability to work independently while meeting commitments
Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever needs to be done in what will sometimes be fast paced and unstructured environment
