Description:OverviewAs part of a small, passionate and accomplished team, you will support the development, construction, maintenance, and operations of rocket engine and component test facility for various developmental spaceflight systems. This position will directly influence the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.ResponsibilitiesBuild, checkout, and commissioning of a test facility for upper stage flight systemsFabrication, installation, and checkout of facility wire harnesses, site instrumentation, and development & flight hardware systemsTest article integration, development instrumentation, facility and article checkouts and installationReviewing, editing and following test procedures and processes with attention to detailOperation of test facility and ground support equipmentGeneral troubleshooting of instrumentation, PLCs, video systems, and data Acquisition systemsWorking with test ops engineers on design concepts, maintenance, and facility improvementsSafely working with hazardous cryogenics and high-pressure systems including Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Nitrogen commodities.Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and promote workplace safety About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
