Volt is Immediately hiring 10+ Assembly Technicians for a local leading organization in Algodones, NM

As an Assembly Tech you will:

Attach wire mesh nets by means of pneumatic Hog Ring Gun. Our nets are used in a variety of safety applications such as: Avalanche Barriers, Debris Flow Barriers, Rockfall Barriers, and Slope Stabilization.
Machine-assisted assembly of wire ropes used in a variety of safety applications such as: Avalanche Barriers, Debris Flow Barriers, Rockfall Barriers, and Slope Stabilization.
Attachments operators are responsible to adhere to all factory standards including: Safety, Code of Conduct, 5S, Quality Inspections, and Attendance Policy.
Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of any malfunctions.

Assembly Tech candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Six months of relatable experience
Ability to Be on your feet or walking around for your entire shift
Must be able to Bend, twist, stoop and lift up-to 40 lbs on your own as needed.
Must be a team player
Candidates selected must pass all pre-employment requirements.

These are Full Time Temp to hire positions

1st shift M-F 7am to 3:30 pm -pay rate is $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 11:30 pm -Pay Rate is $18.25/hour
3rd shift M-F 11pm to 7:30am Payrate is $19.00 to start (first shift of the week is 11pm Sunday night)
These position pay $17.50/hour- $19.00/hour to start depending on shift. Great long term career opportunity and lots of growth available!
