Job Description:
Century Automotive Service Corporation, a MAPFRE USA Company,
based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a leading provider of extended
warranty programs and ancillary finance and insurance products.
Century currently markets its products through specialized F&I
(Finance & Insurance) Agencies that have relationships with car
dealerships around the United States.This position is on site in
our Albuquerque Office and pays up to $18 / hour, to include
comprehensive benefits on Day OneSchedule: Monday through Friday,
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT / hybrid work week; overtime as
requiredJob Summary:This position is responsible for the effective
and efficient completion of all new warranty product pricing rate
cards, rate card modifications and special rate card requests. Also
responsible for documenting, cataloging and maintain all rate cards
in the system. Additional responsibilities include prompt and
courteous service to both internal and external customers.Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:Effectively and efficiently complete
all daily tasks relating to warranty product pricing rate card
development, implementation, and modification.Respond to and ensure
the prompt and effective response to all customer service telephone
and/or written inquiries.Promptly resolve rate card issues.Maintain
positive working relationships both internally and
externally.Document, catalog, and maintain all rate cards in the
system.Continually strive to improve work processes and lower
expenses.Forms mapping in SCS system.Special projects or other
duties as assigned.Competencies: Strong analytical skills with an
attention to detail and accuracy. Must have the ability to actively
listen and solve problems. Must be organized and comfortable
working in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work
independently or as part of a team. Multi-tasking skills are
critical. Must have the ability to change direction and adjust
priorities frequently during the day.Communication: Strong
interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of
the organization, customers, agents and clients.Excellent Client /
Customer Service: Must possess a customer service attitude and be
able to ensure all customers, and/or client related issues are
handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner.Strong decision making
skills: Must be able to analyze and/or gather all available
information to formulate sound decisions and effectively resolve a
variety of rate card issues.Analytical skills: Must be detail
oriented with a keen attention to accuracy and quality.Education
and/or Experience: Must possess a high school diploma or
equivalent, along with previous service contract or business
processing environment experience (preferred).Computer Skills: Must
possess above average computer skills, including a solid working
knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office
