Pay Rate: $1945.00 - $2241.00

75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL
TRAVELERS

compact license.. Please note time off requests must be disclosed
with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off
requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
CERTS: BLS and ARRT required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, (ACLS,
and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart
Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
EMR: EPIC EMR experience preferred.
ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total
hours, and includes EPIC training.
SCRUBS: Required and are not provided by the facility
