We seek professionals with assembly experience to join our growing team. The Assembler will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment. The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet the qualifications required to perform this job successfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This is a full-time non-exempt role.
Duties and Responsibilities
--- Review drawing and instructions before each project
--- Assemble each product according to specifications
--- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards
--- Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.
--- Complete required quality and production forms
--- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary product in your workstation
--- Maintain a clean and safe work area
--- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
--- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
--- Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
--- Ability to work in a fast paced, smaller company environment
--- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
--- Array Technologies values our employee's time off but occasionally, to meet business needs, this position may require some evening and weekend hours.
Education and Experience
--- Experience in assembly preferred
--- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
--- Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods
--- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
--- Standing hours: 95%
--- Work environment is fast paced, noise and temperature levels can vary.
