Job Description:
Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksThe
purpose of this position is to assist the loan officer and
processor with the work flow on each transaction, including chasing
docs, following up with title and insurance companies, and
providing status updates to realtors, builders, sellers, and
borrowers.Assists the processor with Loan Status Gram email/fax to
all pertinent loan partiesAttends processor meetings with
management to report the progress of each loan projected to fund in
given monthAssists Loan Officer with scheduling pre-qualification
and application appointmentsAssists Loan Officer with scheduling
business development calls/appointments to include realtors,
builders, and qualifying brokersAssists Loan Officer with
post-closing marketsAssists Loan officer with inputting loans into
databasesQualificationsBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic
skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service
skillsStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to
effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may
arise when working with branches/divisionsAbility to multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordFamiliarity with
Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General
Ledgers, etc.)PreferencesKnowledge of Microsoft Office and
telephone protocolAbility to type 50 wpmReporting Skills,
Administrative Writing Skills, Process Management, Organization,
Analysis, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management,
