Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for managing and when
necessary, architecting Moss Adams' Cisco voice and video
conferencing infrastructure, network of data routers, switches,
Wireless LANs and firewalls. This position will lead Engineers in
implementing firm and Information Technology \(IT\) department's
various projects and initiatives. This position will also establish
firmwide business continuity processes, evaluate and optimize
existing deployment and configuration procedures, and collaborate
with other IT groups in providing a highly functioning IT

Serve as an escalation point for day-to-day support and proactive
maintenance of network, security and IP telephony systems. Lead
network engineers, collaborate with fellow senior engineers,
vendors, contractors, business partners and other IT groups as
necessary.+ Design and lead implementation for roll-outs of new
systems. Architect network systems firm-wide+ Assist with
maintaining 24/7 on-call support as required+ Evaluate current
procedures and optimize for efficient network operations+ Establish
operations and plans for business continuity/ disaster recovery
solutions+ Train network engineers+ Write and maintain
documentation including diagrams, processes, and procedures.
Effectively participate in knowledge sharing through verbal and
written methods+ Drive process and solution automation in network
operations**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience required; emphasis in engineering, computer science, or
a related field preferred+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience
required; including experience supporting network solutions in
operations capacity; experience in a professional services
environment preferred+ Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not

employment visa status now or in the future \(e.g., H-1B status\)+
CCNP certification or equivalent+ Ability to design IP networks
using OSPF and BGP, design/architect Voice and Video solutions,
implement Security solution using firewalls/VPN+ Strong
troubleshooting skills using different methods and tools+
Experience coaching junior team members+ Organizational and project
management skills with ability to own and drive project schedule
from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals
senior to you+ Programming skills such as python or PERL scripts,
proven ability to deliver automation as part of solution
maintenance and delivery+ Effective written and verbal
communication skills, including ability to convey technical issues
and material to non-technical people. Proven ability to understand
and incorporate complex business needs to deliver effective
technical solutions+ Effective time management skills. Ability to
develop detailed work plans, deadlines and work across competencies
to drive deliverables+ Ability to travel as needed, approximately
