The Nursing Clinical Educator for Presbyterian Medical Group
Urgent Care at Presbyterian Hospital serves as:
Supports the clinical development needs of staff throughout the
Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) enterprise.

Supports the educational components of the organization's clinical
initiatives and practices.

This is a full time (1.0 FTE), exempt opportunity. -

Work Schedule: Days Qualifications Licensure: State of New Mexico
or Compact State Nursing

Academic Preparation:
Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors Degree in Nursing,
Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Nursing, Nursing Education,
Education, Instructional Design, informatics Business, Leadership,
Informatics, or Administration preferred.

Specialty Certifications: Specialty certification in nursing,
informatics, education or equivalent certification preferred

Professional Requirements/Emergency Response: Maintains current
training in following:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and other emergency response
certification may be required depending upon area of assignment

Experience: Minimum At least 3 years of clinical care expertise
required in clinical specialty. Urgent Care experience
preferred.

**In lieu of the 3 years experience, completion of an accredited
nurse residency program, 1 year of Clinical Practice Lead
experience, or prior educator experience will be taken into
