Tier 2 Camera Product Representatives are passionate about photography, are extremely knowledgeable and are expert problem solvers when it comes to photography and associated technologies. Successful candidates will Analyze challenging issues with hardware, software, lighting, video and the overall art of photography to help identify problem areas and recommend possible solutions to our customers. Customer interactions and resolutions are documented via our easy to use CRM applications so that recurring problems can be reported, analyzed and escalated as necessary.
