That's why Hemmersbach is The Social Purpose IT Company.Your TasksRunning diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware.

Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment
Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
Perform On-Site Break / Fix repair services. Experience on ISS Proliant Servers, 3par storage, and Aruba networking. Strong Customer Facing skills as well as the ability to work independantly with good communication skills and positive attitude.Our RequirementsExperience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM and NetApp
Customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication in English
Driver's license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites
