provide positive and professional support to Canon customers via
telephone and respond to written inquiries pertaining to advanced
amateur and professional level camera products. Tier 2 Camera
Product Representatives are passionate about photography, are
extremely knowledgeable and are expert problem solvers when it
comes to photography and associated technologies. Successful
candidates will Analyze challenging issues with hardware, software,
lighting, video and the overall art of photography to help identify
problem areas and recommend possible solutions to our customers.
Customer interactions and resolutions are documented via our easy
to use CRM applications so that recurring problems can be reported,
analyzed and escalated as necessary. Tier 2 Camera Support
Representatives are expected to maintain the highest level of
professionalism and create a positive impression of our support
offerings as well as the Canon brand.QualificationsAn Associates
Degree is required or post high school technical or specialized
education which may be obtained in the first twoor three years of
college technical school or business school.- Two to four years
camera related experience- General computer knowledge- Demonstrated
