Description:-This will be an IN-OFFICE call center environment taking anywhere between 50-70 calls a day. -We are seeking empathetic, customer focused candidates who can deescalate calls, and help customers set up payment arrangements. -Mostly outbound calls, discussing customers balance owed, and setting up payment arrangements between 9-24 months, and logging all data notes into the system.Skills:Call center, payment planAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:- At least 2 years in a call center environment OR 3+ years in a stable customer facing role - Someone who can provide examples of times they've had to deescalate upset customers- Tech Savvy (CIS system is called banner, cisco, western union, 3-4 systems at times) - Detail Oriented (3 important modules - learning their system, gas emergency training, payment arrangements) - Customer Service (ideally over the phone, call center, or stable retail customer service experience)- High Level of Reliability (attendance policy, NO time off during the first three weeks, 8 occurrences = write up/termination) NICE TO HAVE:- Someone who has handled payment arrangements, billing needs with customers over the phone- Someone who has experience working in the Utilities industry- Former supervisor and/or team lead experience- Someone who can provide examples of how'- Someone who has worked in a call center for - Sprint, Presbyterian, Lowes, T-MobileExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, were dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
