The New Media Coordinator administers Pendulum's and several
client-branded online risk management resource centers. This
position also manages all of Pendulum's social media and email
platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, MailChimp), as
well as produces in-house webinars.
Resource center responsibilities include assisting clients with
implementation, providing training and user support, performing
maintenance activities, researching and uploading senior housing-
and healthcare-driven resources, and producing timely usage
reports. Pendulum's resource centers are administered through a
database-driven web program.
Social media tasks include creating posts several times a week,
interacting with followers, tracking statistics, and growing
Pendulum's social media footprint. Email management involves
distributing daily news and other items of interest the company
sends out to a set network.
Resource centers administration and maintenance
Assist web developer with new resource center process
Train and be a resource to client-side administrators
Administer Pendulum resource centers and specific others
Create new authors, categories, groups, topics
Administer eAssist and FAQs
Gather news stories and resources for NewsBlasts
Collect resources for uploading
Upload news stories to news feed
Upload, replace, archive resources
Add legislation widgets
Collect analytics on monthly/quarterly basis, per client
Invoice review of web developer
Social media administration and growth
Post to Facebook and Twitter two to three times weekly; respond
Post to LinkedIn two to three times weekly; respond as
Post to Instagram once a week; respond as needed
Collect social media analytics quarterly
Pendulum Legal Risk Network email group administration and
Send two news roundups daily, along with breaking news, network
requests, etc. as needed
Initiate queries, job postings, etc. to network; coordinate with
editors to edit and format results to distribute to network
Connect with subscribers as needed

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
The Marketing Analyst (New Media Coordinator) is organized,
easily handles multiple deadlines, excels at time management, and
Outstanding customer service skills along with excellent written
and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Outlook,
Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe Premier a plus.
