Job DescriptionOn-Site SupportParticipate in the definition of new local operating procedures and customers services guidelines.Identifies needs to maintain, in the location/office of responsibility, the level of service defined for the country/region.Identifies and reports to Desk Side Support Lead or other channels of support risks that should impact the level of service to act as soon as possible to remediate or minimize the impact on customers.Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfillment of customer incidents.Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries.Provides case status updates.Provides technical support to internal application customers.Supports/troubleshoots network problems.Supports/troubleshoots client connectivityMay train customers on use of local technology.ProMst have skills2-3 years PC troubleshooting2-3 years Supporting users in an enterprise environment providing customer service.2-3 years Working with a ticketing system2-3 years Microsoft products.1-2 years Working with various Audio Visual products such as surface hubs or telepresence systems.1-2 years Working with an Asset tracking system to track PC assets.Nice to have1-2 years Project management skills1-2 years Supervising a teamAdditional Job Details:1 - Customer Experience Management (P1 - Beginner) | 2 - Customer Service Technology Support (P1 - Beginner) | 3 - Quality Assurance (P1 - Beginner)
