OverviewHuitt-Zollars' Architectural Practice has a full-time, immediate need for an Architectural Intern II in our Houston Downtown location. This role prepares and reviews design and construction documents and specifications in support of project managers.This role is a great opportunity to advance your architectural career. HZ is a leading Architectural and Engineering firm providing innovative planning, engineering, architectural and interior design, construction and program management, and design-build project delivery.This position can be located and work from either our Albuquerque, NM, Orlando, FL, Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX locations.Duties and Responsibilities: Simultaneous work on a minimum of 2-3 projects at various stages of development. Coordinates development of project design with project managers and consultants. Monitors construction progress through on-site inspection and review. Project related contact with clients, contractors and consultants. Selects and recommends materials to be used on projects.
