JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Keep detailed logs and complete reports as required. Regularly patrol site to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.Stand post and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors and premises.Access control to client site or facility through the admittance process.Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clientsObserve, survey, and report activities at the assigned siteRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client procedures, regulations and standards
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
A valid New Mexico guard card licenseCandidate must be 21 years or olderPrevious security experience is preferredAble to stand and be on your feet for long periods of timeEffective verbal and written communication skills
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)Pass an extensive screening process including background check and pre employment drug screenQualificationsEducation
