opportunity for an assertive, self-motivated Permanent Associate
Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate
will be responsible for handling a wide range of insurance defense
cases, bodily injury claims, and construction defect matters. This
position offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging cases,
develop specialized knowledge, and contribute to our firm's
reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will have the
opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys, interact with
clients, and play a significant role in trial preparation and
litigation management. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a caseload
involving insurance defense, bodily injury, and construction defect
matters. 2. Develop and implement defense strategies, conduct
depositions, and represent clients in court. 3. Draft, review, and
negotiate legal documents and pleadings. 4. Conduct legal research
and analysis to make informed decisions and provide sound legal
advice. 5. Collaborate with team members, clients, and other
stakeholders to ensure effective case management. 6. Regularly
communicate with clients, providing updates and advice on legal
matters. 7. Participate in business development activities to
foster client relationships and grow the practice. 8. Comply with
all legal standards and regulations to maintain the integrity of
our legal practice. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from
an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good
standing. 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with
a focus on Insurance Defense, Bodily Injury, and Construction
Defect. 4. Proven experience in handling a diverse caseload and
managing cases from inception through to resolution. 5. Exceptional
litigation skills with experience in depositions, motion practice,
and court appearances. 6. Strong research and analytical skills,
with the ability to handle complex legal issues. 7. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. 8.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively
as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients. 9.
Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client
confidentiality. 10. Ability to work under pressure, meet
deadlines, and prioritize tasks. This is an exceptional opportunity
