Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in defense litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by managing case files, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, coordinating discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, maintaining case calendars, summarizing depositions and medical records, and communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of litigation procedures, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3–5 years of defense litigation experience is required. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in defense litigation. • Proficiency in e-filing and court filing procedures. • Strong skills in calendar management to track deadlines and schedules. • Ability to summarize depositions and medical records accurately. • Familiarity with litigation procedures and case management. • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
