Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar Admission to the State Bar of
California Substantive experience in corporate law Demonstrated
interest in advising clients on a broad range of corporate law
issues Prior experience in a private law firm Medium-sized portable
book of business Experience with: Corporate transactions Mergers &
Acquisitions (M&A) Securities Investments Joint ventures
