Minimum Offer $ 30.60/hr. Maximum Offer $ 41.94/hr. Compensation

Position Summary: Perform advanced consultation, counseling and
assessment with managers, supervisors, and employees; design and
conduct advanced level training programs; manage, coordinate, and
develop a variety of projects that support staff well-being. Ensure
adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures. No
patient care assignment. Detailed responsibilities: * ASSESSMENT –
Assess individuals to determine psychosocial needs, levels of care
required, in particular during times of distress and/or crisis *
ANALYSIS - Analyze, assess, and evaluate specific dynamics and
needs for different employee groups using methods and knowledge
that adhere to current professional standards and procedures *
COUNSELING – Provide brief-term counseling and coaching to staff,
as appropriate to the position * INTERVENTION – Provide and/or
arrange for therapeutic interventions to include but not be limited
to emergency services, debriefing and crisis intervention for staff
and teams in serious distress * CONSULTANT - Act as a staff
well-being consultant, coach and/or facilitator to hospital
managers and departments for team development, strategic planning,
system development, performance improvement, and training program
development * REFERRAL - Refer staff to appropriate psychosocial
support services to meet assessed needs * TRAINING - Plan,
organize, administer, and conduct training and educational programs
according to industry standards; formulate training to support
organizational goals of staff well-being * PRESENTATION - Research,
design, and develop instructional products that support a variety
of delivery methods * PROJECTS - Manage complex projects, large and
small in scope, with organization-wide visibility and impact *
COMMUNICATE - Interact with staff at all levels to build a
professional climate of cooperation, trust, and shared expertise
regarding staff well-being and the development needs of the
organization * ANALYSIS - Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of
educational and departmental programs and incorporate customer
feedback to improve results * ADMINISTRATION - Perform various
administrative functions such as preparing reports and
correspondence; may participate in a variety of research projects
to develop service plans; may propose changes to program policies
and procedures * WELL-BEING - Demonstrate proactive approach to
employee well-being by seeking opportunities to improve well-being
through questioning of current policies and processes *
DOCUMENTATION - Maintain records of programs and services provided
and other training information such as trends, outcomes, and
feedback * MEETINGS - Participate in hospital staff meetings and
committees as required * SAFETY - Follow safety-related policies,
procedures and protocols of the organization and the program *
DEVELOPMENT - Enhance professional growth and development through
participation in educational programs, reading current literature,
attending in-services, meetings and workshops Qualifications
Education: Essential: * Master's Degree Education specialization:
Essential: * Social Work, Counseling or Related Experience:
Essential: 3 years directly related experience Nonessential: No
preferred experience Credentials: Essential: * PROVISIONAL/PERM:
LMSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LADAC Physical Conditions: Medium
Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to
25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to
10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand
requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. Working
conditions: Essential: * No or min hazard, physical risk, office
environment * May be required to travel to various work sites * May
