Job Description Job Description Robot Motion Data Collector – $30–$33/hr – Mountain View, CA (94043) Shifts Available: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $30/hr 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | $33/hr About the Role As a Robot Motion Data Collector , you’ll wear sensor equipment and perform natural human movements that the robot will learn from. Your motion data directly trains AI models, making your work essential to the robot’s development. You’ll also help identify issues, provide daily feedback, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Wear motion?capture sensors and guide the robot through human?like movements Collect clean, high?quality motion data for AI training Identify and report issues, bugs, or irregularities during sessions Provide daily feedback to engineers and robotics specialists Maintain a safe, focused, and organized production/lab environment Strong computer skills (data entry, basic testing, Microsoft Office) Experience in production, warehouse, lab, or manufacturing environments Ability to follow structured processes with precision Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
