What You Bring: 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management. Proven experience managing labor, food costs, and achieving budgetary goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you lead with transparency, kindness, and professionalism. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, inventory, and food costs.
