Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring 3 years of L&D experience and key certifications. Responsibilities - Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital - Night shifts with 3x12 hour schedule, 19:00 to 7:30 - Option to work either 36 or 48 hours per week - 4 to 6 weekend shifts required every 6 weeks - Travelers may be required to float to similar units within their scope based on facility needs - Brief unit orientation provided and modules completed onsite during orientation - Scrubs are provided - First time travelers are welcome to apply - No travel pairs or groups accepted - No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto approved, and no time off is allowed during the first week of orientation - All onboarding modules are billable and must be completed onsite - Weekend and holiday coverage is expected as scheduled Requirements - Active NM or Compact RN license required at the time of consideration - Minimum of 3 years recent Labor & Delivery experience required - Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP - EPIC charting experience preferred - Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible - Former permanent staff must be gone for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-598253.
