Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a NM or compact license and AWHONN Intermediate certification. Responsibilities - Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting - Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30 - 4-6 weekend shifts required every 6 weeks - Floating to similar units may be required based on facility needs - Scrubs are provided to staff - First time travelers are welcome to apply - Travelers will receive a brief orientation and must complete onsite modules during orientation - No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto-approved, and no time off is permitted during the first week of orientation - No travel pairs or groups will be considered for this assignment Requirements - Active NM or compact RN license required at time of consideration - Minimum 1-2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required; 3 years preferred - Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP - EPIC charting system experience preferred - Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler - Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-628960.
