Construction Seminars, New Mexico's leader in test preparation
and continuing education services for contractors is seeking an
individual to work directly with our contractor customers in our
sales department. Must have excellent communication skills, and the
ability to take complex information and explain it on a basic
level. Must be comfortable using the computer and learning new
programs. Some previous sales experience is a plus, but is not a
requirement.The position involves: Contacting and following up with
customers that are interested in getting their contractor's
license. Educating potential clients of the licensing process.
Asking for the business. Creating an outstanding customer service
interaction. Using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel,
and Outlook. Entering data into a proprietary database program.
Various administrative tasksCandidates must be reliable,
hard-working, trustworthy, self-motivated, others-centered and have
an ability to work both alone, and to collaborate with others on
projects. The position requires some writing so good spelling and
grammar skills are needed. Candidates must be comfortable with
being on the phone for long periods of time and problem solving.
Hours are full-time Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30Job Type:
