Job Description We are a professional association with members
across the US and abroad. We are seeking a very detail oriented
person who likes to help people. Excellent phone etiquette, written
and verbal communication skills and solid customer service a must.
Ability to manage a busy schedule, work independently as part of a
remote team and communicate with a variety of personalities.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Basic marketing
skills and understanding of social media channels. Ability to
conduct database searches . Familiar with using online CRM systems,
online customer chat system, Dropbox, GoToWebinar a plus. Examples
of duties : Speak with candidates and schedule appointments Update
CRM Answer phone and online customer inquiries Respond to email
requests Provide clerical support Nature of Work This position
reports to the Director of Customer Experience. The CSA is
responsible for interacting with customers via email and online
chat to provide information regarding specific goods or services.
The CSA must possess strong customer service skills and a working
knowledge of our organization and the products we sell. Individual
must be able to organize new member lists and prepare and print
documents to be mailed to members in the US and abroad. 40 hours
per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Pay
