Job Description:

We have two Primary Care opportunities with the same well-established concierge practice in New Mexico one in Albuquerque and one in Corrales.

$225-250K salary plus benefits. Offering up to 15K relocation pay if needed to move.

Position Highlights (Both Locations):

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Hours: 40 per week
• Start Date: July 13, 2026
• Contract Length: 1 year (long-term potential)
• Setting: Concierge primary care
• Onboarding: 1 month

Albuquerque, NM:

• Patient Panel: 355 patients
• Taking over an established panel due to physician relocation
• Urgent need

Corrales, NM:

• Patient Panel: 690 patients
• Established clinic with larger panel

Candidate Requirements:

• Active New Mexico license (in hand)
• Clean license history required
• Must be open to partner track (required for submission)
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine accepted
• Ideal experience: 8 10 years (3 5 years considered for strong candidates)

Interview Process (Same for Both):

1. Initial screening with CFO (practice overview)
2. Executive committee interview (compensation + partnership track)
3. Meet full partnership group (optional shadow day available)

The group strongly prefers direct hire candidates but will consider locums as a last resort.
