Join a rapidly expanding physician owned practice specializing in skilled nursing and post-acute care services. This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and injection experience. New graduates will be considered* The Opportunity: - Guaranteed base salary between $135,000 - $165,000 * Dependent on candidate qualifications - Bonus potential opportunities are available - Monday - Friday schedule: No call, nights, or weekends required - Routinely treat 23-25 patients per day after ramp up period - Full comprehensive benefits plus 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching, malpractice insurance, PTO, CME, and much more!
