Job Description Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN) - Home Medical Equipment | San Jose, CA Looking to make a clinical impact without hospital shifts or bedside burnout? HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in San Jose, CA . This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare. Compensation & Incentives Base pay $40/hr - $55/hr per hour, with flexibility based on experience Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Benefits Generous PTO & paid holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and Rx Benefits 401(k) with match, HSA & FSA options Life, disability, accident & critical illness insurance Employee Assistance Program, telemedicine perks & more Daily Responsibilities Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
