is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to
join our team. We are looking for RNs who are passionate about
providing quality home health care to our community-based patients
in Albuquerque, NM and the surrounding areas. At Klarus Home Health

dignity. Key Responsibilities: - Follow a designated care plan in
accordance with patient needs. - Make home visits to clients in
designated geographic territories. - Perform assigned duties,
including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and
procedures. - Monitor client conditions and report changes to the
Clinical or Client Services Manager. - Follow up with, execute, and
properly document doctors' orders. - Perform client assessments. -
Provide case management and coordination of care. - Accurately
document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to
client care management and services provided, utilizing a
state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Job Qualifications: - Current
State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License. - A minimum of one
year of clinical experience is preferred. - Demonstrate knowledge
and skillset in current nursing practice. - Possess a valid state
driver's license and automobile liability insurance. - Knowledge of
