ICU/Critical Care RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102! Job Title:

Experience: 2 years - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:2 - Charting
System Experience: Experience with Community Hospital Description:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for night shifts. This
position requires a minimum of 1 year in an ICU setting. Travel
experience is preferred but not mandatory. The nurse will provide
care to patients with complex medical needs. The nurse will be
expected to float to other units as needed. Weekend shifts are
required as part of the schedule. Patient ratios will be 1:2. The
role involves management of neurosurgery patients and those
requiring intensive care. Clinical skills such as IV management,
ventilator care, and monitoring of critical patients are essential.
The candidate will assist with procedures and administer
medications as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills are
necessary for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. A
